Nima means sun
Nima Lodge offers private, self-catering accommodation along the Garden Route in Wilderness, South Africa. With expansive views across wooded hills and valleys to the distant Outeniqua mountains, you’ll feel like you’re a world apart. Our 4-star lodge consists of three spacious and custom chalets, fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay.
We offer breakfast in our central lapa, where you can wile away your time on the pool deck or join us for a yoga class. Nestled on a sunny hill, the lodge is a short stroll from the Touw River and waterfalls in Wilderness National Park as well as a number of other excellent hiking routes. The attention to detail, friendly service and beautiful location make this a perfect stop on your trip, and an ideal honeymoon location.

Make yourself at home
We’re currently in the process of refurbishing the interiors of all our chalets, and are excited to share their new look with the world, come August 1.
Until then, think clean white walls, complemented by the soft warmth of the wooden floors and frame. Sitting on the spacious deck overlooking the Outeniqua mountains, or cooking something up in the fully equipped kitchen.
Whether you spend your day out, or in, we want to make our chalets a space for you to relax and unwind. Each cottage has a king-size, extra-length bed, giant soaking tub, and spiral staircase leading down from the deck to an outside shower. With WiFi and speakers, as well as a comfortable sitting area, we’re looking to make you feel at home.

Stay a while
A Lapa is a traditional South African structure, constructed out of wooden beams with a thatched roof. Our version includes floor to ceiling windows, a wrap around balcony and lots and lots of light.
This is the heart of our lodge, a communal space where you can read a book and relax in the lounge area, sun yourself next to the pool or gather around the fireplace in winter.
We serve breakfast here every morning and offer yoga classes out on the patio during the summer.
